About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Marketing Lead - Pharma & Sustainability to join our team at Koura. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional and product-specific marketing communications plans for the pharma industry, as well as content marketing strategies for sustainability-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation and delivery of regional and product-specific marketing communications plans for the pharma industry.
  • Develop a sustainability content marketing strategy focused on creating and sharing marketing materials that emphasize Koura's long-term impact, authenticity, and environmental responsibility.
  • Understand and analyze customer journey mapping to align with the Global Strategic Marketing Director on leverage points to activate in yearly marketing plans, including KPIs definition.
  • Support the release of a global content strategy for pharma and sustainability-related contents, including the maintenance of a detailed external editorial calendar.
  • Partner closely with internal teams such as Product Management, Commercial, Regulatory, and other cross-functional teams to deliver the most appropriate marketing communications activities.
  • Implement and manage digital contents/strategies for the web (site navigation optimization, paid campaigns) and Social Media channels.
  • Support the budget process and supervise the costs management for the categories (pharma/sustainability).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/master's degree.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English.
  • Spanish speaking is not necessary but would be advantageous.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Marketing Communications.
  • Digital and content marketing expertise are essential.
  • Chemical/Pharma/Renewable Energies industry experience would be desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
