Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of special needs education and care. As a Clinical Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, including autism and intellectual disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement bespoke assessment and intervention plans for individuals with complex needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality therapeutic services.
- Progress occupational therapy services that cater to the diverse needs of individuals, focusing on areas such as complex trauma, mental health needs, and behaviors of concern.
- Work closely with clinicians, school leadership teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant Occupational Therapy qualification and registration with the HCPC.
- Substantial experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and working with individuals with complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices, particularly in the context of autism and intellectual disabilities.
