About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Clinician & Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our Clinical Team, you will be responsible for holding a therapy caseload and working closely with school SMT to identify priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing occupational therapy services to students with complex needs
- Collaborating with school staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Supervising a team of occupational therapists and providing guidance and support
- Developing and maintaining clinical relationships with external partners and stakeholders
- Contribute to staff training and consultation, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development
Requirements
- Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Valid and up-to-date professional registration and membership of professional body
- Experience working with children with complex needs and their families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
