We're seeking an experienced Clinician and Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with individuals with complex needs and will be responsible for leading our therapy team.

About the Role:

  • Lead the therapy team and develop therapy services in line with the company's policies and procedures.
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to the therapy team, including staff supervision and training.
  • Work closely with the school's senior management team to identify priorities and implement effective therapy interventions.
  • Embed clinical thinking within education practices to achieve the best life outcomes for our students.

Requirements:

  • Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Valid and up to date professional registration and membership of a professional body.
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs, including those with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
