We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of special needs education and care in England and North Wales.

As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with clinicians, teachers, and other professionals to deliver high-quality therapeutic services to individuals with complex needs, including autism, complex trauma, and developmental delays.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement individualized assessment and intervention plans, focusing on EHCP targets and emerging patterns, needs, and themes. You will also contribute to the development of the service, ensuring that our therapeutic services are outstanding and meet the needs of our clients.

We are looking for a skilled practitioner with a passion for working systemically and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. You will have a strong understanding of the importance of embedding excellent clinical practice throughout the educational journey of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant Occupational Therapy qualification, registration with the HCPC, and substantial experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams. You will also have a proven track record of working with adults and/or children who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism with additional needs.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £53,200 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including a £2,000 training allowance, pension scheme, and 'Your Wellbeing Matters' package. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized assessment and intervention plans for clients with complex needs
  • Contribute to the development of the service, ensuring that our therapeutic services are outstanding and meet the needs of our clients
  • Work closely with clinicians, teachers, and other professionals to deliver high-quality therapeutic services
  • Manage data to inform service delivery, development, and project work

Requirements:

  • Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification
  • Registration with the HCPC
  • Substantial experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience of working with adults and/or children who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism with additional needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
