About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to lead our team at Bannatyne's luxurious spa. As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of skilled therapists and support staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
  • Manage inventory, budgets, and scheduling to ensure efficient spa operations.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
  • KPI driven and results focused.
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
