Key Responsibilities

  2. Drive Process Improvements: You will analyze and implement changes to improve quality and productivity, and oversee projects to streamline processes and optimize productivity.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work collaboratively with management-level colleagues to standardize shift practices and drive operational excellence.
  4. Analyze and Improve Shift Performance: You will analyze shift performance against relevant business objectives and put in place actions to improve operational excellence.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager who has a strong background in people management, data analysis, and process improvement. You should have a bachelor's degree and relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.

Preferred qualifications include experience working with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques, as well as experience working in another logistics environment.
