Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring seamless and relaxing experiences for all guests.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of skilled therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and client satisfaction.
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures, tailored to meet guests' individual needs.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and scheduling to ensure efficient spa operations.
- Create a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional growth and development.
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
- KPI-driven and results-focused with dynamic interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in speaking to clients face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
- Flexible and proactive in managing multiple priorities, with the ability to make decisions, solve problems, and take appropriate action.
- Experience in managing a team and strong people development skills.
- Ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of ELEMIS products and treatments is desirable.
