A typical day in the life of a Spa Manager at Bannatyne Health Club:

Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience for all guests.

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of skilled therapists and support staff.

Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and client satisfaction.

Perform a variety of spa treatments, tailored to meet guests' individual needs.

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.

Manage inventory, budgets, and scheduling to ensure efficient spa operations.

Create a positive and collaborative work environment promoting professional growth and development.

We are looking for a Spa Manager who:

Has an NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.

Is KPI driven and results focused.

Has dynamic interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Is confident speaking to clients face-to-face, over the telephone, and by email.

Has proven experience of delivering excellent customer service.

Is flexible and proactive in managing multiple priorities.

Can make decisions, solve problems, and take appropriate action.

Has experience of managing a team and strong people development skills.

Can establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility.

Is able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
