Job Opportunity:

We are recruiting for a Trust Grade Doctor position in Anaesthetics and Intensive Care at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for medical professionals to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in a busy and dynamic hospital setting.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing anaesthetic services at Scarborough Hospital, including the administration of local and general anaesthetics, and post-operative assessment and management of post-operative problems. They will also be involved in assisting in the Intensive Care Unit and with the Critical Care Outreach.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in medicine, a minimum of 24 months of experience in an Anaesthetics department, and ALS training or equivalent. They should also be able to prioritise clinical need, time, and workload, and have a willingness to learn and develop their skills.
