Senior Administration Team Lead

Tewv Brits is seeking a highly motivated Senior Administration Team Lead to join our Learning Disability Service Team in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.
About the RoleThis part-time position (15 hours per week) requires you to cover for other team members, participate in appraisals, coordinate administration tasks, and ensure accurate ASSET information. You will also be responsible for morning Huddle meetings, data input, confidentiality, supervision of administrative staff, and adherence to Trust Policies and Procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Cover reception duties during absences or breaks, handling client face-to-face and telephone contact.
- Participate in admin team member appraisals, following the Trust's Appraisal Policy.
- Coordinate and prioritize administration tasks to meet service needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ASSET information.
- Attend morning Huddle meetings.
- Accurately input complex information into computers with interruptions from phone calls and staff management responsibilities.
- Maintain patient data confidentiality.
- Supervise administrative staff, delegating tasks as needed, ensuring required standards are met, and providing guidance.
- Ensure Statutory and Mandatory Training is up-to-date for yourself and team members.
- BTEC Diploma/Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
- Key skills/functional skills in literacy and numeracy Level 2 or O Level (Grade C and above) / New GCSE in Maths and English (Grade 4 to 9).
- Implementing and maintaining systems and processes within an administration team.
- Significant experience of working in an administrative environment, including digital audio typing, Microsoft Office applications, diary management, filing systems, collating and presenting information.
- Extracting data and report preparation.
- Participation in service and quality improvement initiatives.
The salary for this position is £26,530 to £29,114 per annum, pro rata.
