Overview

Codacy Automated Co seeks a Sales Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new customers.

Salary and Benefits

Competitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities (inbound & outbound).
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to build out sales/marketing strategy and technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Proven track record as BDR/SDR.
  • Desire to develop SaaS sales skills and experience.
  • Value-based selling background.
  • Familiarity with reporting and data analysis.
  • Understanding of handling both inbound and outbound prospects.
  • Prior experience selling to a wide variety of cultures and geographies.
  • Strong data and reporting skills.
  • Experience in devops & coding tools space is a plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Sales Navigator is a plus.
