About the Role:

The Concierge will be responsible for providing a proactive point of contact for service users who may require support in an emergency or crisis situation. This role is key to the management and development of Adullam services in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a good standard of professional service is given and work within the Association's Policies and Procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to service users in emergency or crisis situations.
  • Work collaboratively with the concierge team to ensure a high level of service delivery.
