Service Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team at Andrews Sykes Group.
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of our engineers, maintaining customer relationships, and preparing quotations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining customer relationships and providing excellent customer service
- Planning and scheduling of engineers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Preparing quotations and managing customer orders
- Assisting teams with normal office administration duties and providing management information
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to take on multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Preferred:
- Experience in a mobile service industry or air conditioning would be advantageous
