Concierge Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Concierge to join our team at Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd.
About the Role:This is a key operational post contributing to the management and development of Adullam services in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the concierge team provides a proactive point of contact for service users who may require support in an emergency or crisis situation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a high standard of professional service to service users.
- Work within the Association's Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure that the concierge team is proactive in providing support to service users.
Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd offers a competitive salary, up to £25,166 per annum, for 40.25 hours per week. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
