Job Description:
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is a leading provider of healthcare services in the region. We are currently seeking a talented Learning Experience Development Manager to join our Postgraduate Medical Education team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Medical Education web pages, intranet, and emerging channels, creating engaging content that meets the needs of Junior Doctor trainees. You will also support the cascading of key information via social media platforms.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of managing key communication mechanisms and web pages. They should also have experience in producing data reports for distribution at a high level and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, they should be willing to travel to attend relevant meetings and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as flexible working arrangements, career development opportunities, and a positive work-life balance.
