Job Summary
Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled and experienced Diabetes Service Clinical Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical operational leadership and responsibility for the service(s) listed in Appendix 1. This includes providing clinical advice and expertise where required.

In this role, you will work closely with the Divisional management team to develop new clinical initiatives and service developments to improve service outcomes for patients. You will also promote the development of audit activity to enable benchmarking of services and clinical governance processes. Additionally, you will maintain and improve clinical performance standards by monitoring compliance through relevant clinical audits.

We are looking for an individual with significant clinical experience in a relevant professional area, as well as experience working at senior management level. You should have excellent organisational skills, ability to work on own initiative without frequent supervision, and excellent interpersonal skills. The salary for this position is approximately £60,000 per annum.
