About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Sales Executive to join our successful team within the Vertu Motors group. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers through the purchase of their vehicle, from viewing and test drive to finance options and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in the purchase process, providing exceptional customer service and building rapport to identify their needs
  • Inform customers on finance, insurance, and accessory products
  • Generate new customers through prospecting and maintain a high level of sales performance
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the team's success
  • Demonstrate the 5 unteachables - Drive, Attitude, Talent, Character, and Energy
  • Participate in on-going training opportunities to enhance skills and career progression
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Experience as a Sales Executive within the motor industry is essential
  • Full UK driving license is required
  • Ability to demonstrate the 5 unteachables and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using technology to support sales processes
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
