The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in children's social work
  • A strong understanding of the legislative framework and range of services available to children and families
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working practices, monthly high-quality supervision, and the opportunity to contribute to improving the service.
