About the Role

Orion Electrotech is a world leader in the design, manufacture, installation, and management of process plants for Surface Treatment, Non-Destructive testing (NDT), and Process Water Recycling. We provide innovative solutions from fully automated process plants to smaller manual lines, spares, and specialist equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Manage and control equipment sales, including bespoke capital equipment and standard products, spares, and services.
  • Provide active input to the overall company strategy, direction, and operational goals, in-line with the global strategy.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales executive role.
  • 3+ years of experience in people management, preferably in an engineering environment.
  • Extensive technical, commercial sales, and cost estimation experience.
  • Extensive Client/Supplier management (technical/commercial environment).
