Group Sales and Marketing Director

Up to £120,000 Basic Salary

West Midlands

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Group Sales and Marketing Director to oversee all commercial functions within a respected FMCG group. With over 60 years of history, this well-known brand specialises in food manufacturing and specialty packaging and is ready for substantial growth. In this role, you will play a key part in creating and implementing business development and marketing strategies while nurturing and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders to propel the brand to even greater success.

Requirements to be a Group Sales and Marketing Director:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role within the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
  • Strong strategic thinking and a track record of delivering business growth.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with suppliers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Dynamic leadership abilities to inspire and grow sales, marketing, and account management teams.
  • Passion for driving commercial success and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities of the Group Sales and Marketing Director:

  • Lead and manage all commercial functions across the group.
  • Develop and implement innovative business development and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers, distributors, and vendors.
  • Support the growth of the sales, marketing, and account management teams.
  • Achieve and exceed commercial targets and KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive growth.
