Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Searchability®. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our bespoke applications, with a focus on SQL Server and SQL queries.

About the Role

  • Provide timely and effective support for technical issues related to our applications, including debugging and troubleshooting SQL queries and procedures.
  • Work closely with the head of engineering to ensure all tickets are completed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our applications and technologies to provide expert-level support.

Requirements

  • Strong skills in SQL Server and SQL queries.
  • Experience in technical bespoke application support.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills.
