Hospitality Events Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Events Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our hospitality and guest experience operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Americas.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and client relationships, as well as large-scale international events experience. They must also possess specialist expertise in elements of guest experience such as hospitality, F&B, fan experience, accommodation, transportation, VIP programs, and communications/CRM.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $160,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on location and experience. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of events staff delivering guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage budgets and resources to deliver high-quality events

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in event management or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing teams and client relationships
  • Large-scale international events experience
  • Specialist expertise in guest experience elements such as hospitality, F&B, and communications/CRM
  • Ability to travel internationally and work in different cultures
