Job Overview:

JLB requires a skilled Hospitality and Event Manager to lead client hospitality and guest experience initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with senior leaders to create and execute global hospitality plans, aligning with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute on-site and off-site hospitality events, focusing on exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage hospitality assets, including ticket allocations and VIP experiences, to maximize value.
  • Travel internationally to coordinate in-market guest programs, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating timely approvals and project success.
  • Source and manage high-quality suppliers, delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hospitality or account management.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering tailored guest programs.
  • Ability to manage complex international projects, driving results-oriented solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with strong presentation and project coordination skills.
