Adecco's Property Services Division North is working with a charitable housing provider to support them in providing interims within their Property Leasing Department. The roles will operate in a hybrid fashion, working across Yorkshire, Northeast, and Humberside areas with travel to various sites as per business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regional Leasing Manager: Lead a property leasing team within a designated region, managing a geographically dispersed team.
  • Acquisitions Manager: Responsible for all property acquisition sourcing for each of the organization's business streams, including procurement, negotiating, and concluding commercial lease terms.
  • Leasing Officer: Responsible for lease renewals, property hand-backs, and resolution of escalated landlord obligation defaults within a designated area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They will also have a strong understanding of property procurement requirements and commercial lease terms.
