Regional Customer Service Support Coordinator

Northern Powergrid is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Administrator to support our team in delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to staff across the business, ensuring the smooth delivery of work programs and maintaining effective communication with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative support to ensure efficient business operations
Database management and record keeping to maintain accurate data
Liaising with colleagues and contractors to coordinate works on our network and providing customer correspondence
Processing purchase orders and service provider payments to ensure timely payments
Production of documentation and work instructions to support team members
Internal and external communications to maintain effective relationships
Key Competencies:
Team working and collaboration
Planning and organizing to prioritize tasks
Time management to meet deadlines
Knowledge of IT systems and data inputting
Communication and customer service skills to provide excellent support
Ability to be proactive and adapt to changing situations
Qualifications and Attributes:
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum qualification of 5 GCSEs at grades 4/C or above OR NVQ L2
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
Customer service skills to provide excellent support
Understanding of the power distribution network
Experience of Oracle systems would be an advantage, but not essential as full training would be given
