Customer Service Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Northern Powergrid. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to staff across the business, ensuring the smooth delivery of work programs and maintaining effective communication with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to staff, including database management and record keeping
- Liaise with colleagues and contractors to ensure timely completion of works on our network
- Process purchase orders and service provider payments
- Plan and organize tasks to meet deadlines
- Develop strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data inputting
- Provide excellent customer service skills, including communication and problem-solving

- A competitive salary of between £22,011 - £24,268
