About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our North Yorkshire Horizons service in Scarborough as a Support Services Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals struggling with substance misuse, providing them with the support they need to achieve recovery and become active members of society.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, overseeing the running of reception, and assisting the integrated team to achieve sustainable treatment outcomes for service users in Scarborough and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organise and manage information to ensure seamless communication within the team
• Communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including service users, staff, and external partners
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines to maintain efficient workflow
• Maintain a calm and composed demeanor under pressure to ensure success in this role
