Resourcing4HR is seeking an experienced HR Services Manager to join our team on an 18-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line HR advice and support to employees and managers.
- Manage HR administration, including employee data, benefits, and payroll.
- Lead the implementation and installation of a new HR system, ensuring a seamless transition for employees and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain HR processes and procedures to support operational delivery.
- Collaborate with the project team to choose and embed the new HRIS system, including data cleansing and system integration.

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience of HR administrative processes within a shared service model.
- Proven experience in managing the successful implementation of HR systems.
- Experience of reviewing, redesigning, and implementing high-volume transactional HR processes resulting in efficiencies and improvements.
- CIPD qualification and membership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
