Job Title: Area Sales Manager with HVAC Expertise

About Us: We are a leading provider of HVAC solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the Midlands and north west region.

Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum depending on experience

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling and managing key accounts for HVAC or Air Conditioning systems. They will be responsible for maintaining and growing HVAC product sales through demonstrations, exhibitions, and negotiations to achieve targets.

They will work closely with the Commercial Sales Director to offer technical expertise and implement sales strategies to customers. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the projects and applications team to ensure technical HVAC solutions match with bespoke client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, or similar role within the HVAC, Industrial Refrigeration or Air Conditioning industry
  • A technical qualification such as Apprentice-trained, HNC, HND, or Degree would be advantageous
  • Experience selling heat pumps, chillers, fan coils and Air Handling Units (AHUs) or similar would be desired
