Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Matched Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the private sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the private sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships and establishing new ones with key decision-makers.
- Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our solutions, effectively communicating their benefits and addressing the specific needs of our clients.
- Lead contract negotiations, be involved in the bid and tender process, and close deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional client experience.
- 2+ years' sales experience in a technology or IT environment.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Full driving license and vehicle.
