Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales within the North West territory, building strong relationships with local customers, and developing business plans for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow sales of the brand within the North West territory, including customers from the Wholesale, Convenience, and out-of-home foodservice channels.
- Build strong relationships with local customers, developing trust and credibility.
- Develop new and existing customers, establishing and implementing business plans for growth, and carrying out regular business reviews.
- Identify client needs with their range of drinks and other new product developments.
Requirements:
- A tenacious and entrepreneurial approach, with a proactive mindset.
- Self-motivation and resilience.
- Experience in a sales environment, although not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build working relationships aimed at improving the status quo.
