We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Administrator to join our Bereavement Team at one of the UK's leading banking groups. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers with the finalization of their estates after the loss of a loved one.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a sensitive and rewarding environment, providing exceptional customer service and support to those in need. As a Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for processing legal paperwork, verifying documentation, and closing accounts and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via various communication channels
  • Process and verify documentation, including legal paperwork and death certificates
  • Closure of accounts and payments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with Inheritance Tax queries and provide administration support as needed
  • Take general enquiries regarding estates and closures, providing clear and concise information

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • First-class communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers
  • Experience working in a sensitive or empathetic manner, with a strong understanding of customer needs
  • Ability to manage workload and work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on own initiative
