Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join our team at Orona. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, and we are looking for someone with excellent administrative skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing databases, processing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collate and analyze data from various sources to inform business decisions.
  • Support the ordering and receipt of materials and supplies.
  • Manage customer information and maintain accurate records.
  • Generate reports and presentations to support business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including maintenance agreements and customer contracts.
