We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Innovation and Transformation Office (ITO) as Director of Change and Engagement. This role focuses on shaping and executing the ITO's stakeholder engagement, communication, and strategic change management initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Change Management Strategies
- Design and implement tailored change management plans to support Continuous Improvement, Innovation, and Sustainability Programmes.
- Conduct impact analyses and identify key stakeholders for each programme.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support change initiatives.
- Tailor engagement strategies to address the diverse needs of various stakeholder groups.
- Communication and Storytelling
- Develop comprehensive communication plans to support the Continuous Improvement, Sustainability, and Innovation Programmes.
- Create high-quality communication materials, including presentations, website content, newsletters, and storytelling pieces.
- Community Building and Knowledge Sharing
- Facilitate the development of communities of practice to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Requirements
- Extensive Experience in Strategic Change Management
- Proven track record of successfully leading change management initiatives.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Stakeholder Management and Engagement
- Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
- Business Acumen and Digital Literacy
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.
