Job Summary: Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Community & Intervention Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to prevent and reduce antisocial behaviour among children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to reduce antisocial behaviour among children and young people.
  • Work closely with local authorities, schools, and other stakeholders to promote collaborative working and identify opportunities for partnership development.
  • Provide training and guidance to Community Sports Workers to ensure effective delivery of focussed interventions.

Requirements:

  • A relevant professional qualification in youth work or community sports development/coaching at level 3 or above.
  • Nationally recognised coaching qualification(s).
  • Relevant practice experience in Children's services or similar field.
  • Knowledge/understanding of key issues impacting young people, adolescent risk-taking behaviour, and trauma-informed approaches.
