  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  • Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure delivery of high-quality services.
  • Negotiation and Unblocking: Negotiate and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Lorien's delivery methodology and industry standards.
  • Project Reporting: Provide regular project reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing agile projects, including schedule management, risk management, and reporting.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Influencing and Negotiation Skills: Strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive project delivery and resolve issues.
  • Business Value Delivery: Demonstrable experience in delivering measurable business value through project delivery.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Agile Certification: Agile certification, such as Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Project Management Certification: Project management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • User Research Experience: Experience in conducting user research to inform project delivery.
  • Azure DevOps: Experience in using Azure DevOps tools to manage project delivery.
