Role Overview:As a Customer Adviser, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will play a critical role in building strong customer relationships, handling everyday transactions, and identifying potential opportunities to refer customers to the appropriate services or products.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide accurate, friendly, and professional service during customer interactions, handling enquiries and cashiering duties effectively.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Lead Generation: Identify sales opportunities and refer leads to colleagues to ensure lead generation targets are achieved.

- Previous experience in a customer service or retail banking environment is desirable but not essential.
