Global Sales Director

MacGregor Black is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to drive business expansion in the EU territories. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of managing distributors, retailers, and E-retail, with a deep understanding of cross-channel businesses, customers, and pricing dynamics. Your primary responsibility will be to identify white space opportunities within the EMEA & ROW region, establish sustainable & profitable routes to market by region, and cultivate and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies & joint business plans for our qualified partners to support brand development and expansion, leveraging deep consumer & retail knowledge by market.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and our distributors to optimise plans end-to-end, delivering and negotiating optimum activations that maximise visibility and conversion across each territory, including Professional, Retail, E-tail, and Pharmacy channels.
- Maximise the growth potential of each partner by continuously reevaluating customer P&L, market exposure, product and channel portfolio, and other relevant factors.
- Define and implement KPIs for all key partners, ensuring adequate tracking of each activity is visible to the business and that results are communicated effectively.
