Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all customers, building genuine rapport to understand their needs and turning conversation into business.
- Match relevant products to customer needs, presenting applicable features and benefits.
- Accurately appraise used vehicles offered in part exchange.
- Organise and carry out professional and proficient demonstrations and test drives.
- Negotiate a successful close, overcoming any objections through understanding the benefits and features of all products available.
- Manage the preparation and handing over of sold vehicles to customers.
- Identify sources of potential customers for your franchise.
- Carry out prospecting activities on a regular basis with confidence.
- Ensure that all vehicles are presentable and ready for inspection by customers, including your own company car.
- Display all vehicles to brand standard with the right price and specification details.
- Maintain your digital diary and use both our customer relationship and dealership management tools accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all Financial Services Authority (FSA) requirements in the advising, selling, and administration of all insurance products.
