We are seeking a Community Property Manager to join our team at Clarion Housing Group.
This is a hybrid role with a base location at our office in Borehamwood, allowing for flexible working between the office and home, as well as regular travel across local regions to meet residents and carry out neighbourhood management tasks.
The successful candidate will take ownership of ensuring that the estates they manage are clean and tidy, free from health and safety risks, by reporting fly tipping and monitoring grounds maintenance. They will also be responsible for regularly travelling across local regions to meet our residents, depending on business requirements.
Candidates must be able to travel across regions as required.
A key aspect of this role is working collaboratively with colleagues and residents to ensure effective property management and excellent customer service standards are maintained.
This is a fixed-term contract until 30th May 2025, offering an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in property management and make a positive impact on their community.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure estates are clean and tidy, free from health and safety risks
- Report fly tipping and monitor grounds maintenance
- Travel across local regions to meet residents and carry out neighbourhood management tasks
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and residents to maintain high customer service standards
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £38,288 per annum, plus benefits including pension scheme and annual leave.
