Senior Property Manager Role

Nouvo Recruitment is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their client's growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and develop the Property Management team to ensure high performance, excellent service, and team cohesion.
  • Portfolio Oversight: Ensure all managed properties are legal, safe, and ready for occupation, with a focus on compliance and quality standards.
  • Customer Excellence: Deliver a five-star service to landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle, enhancing retention and portfolio growth.
  • Pre-Tenancy Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure properties are in top condition prior to occupation.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords and tenants, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Efficient Issue Resolution: Address maintenance, legal, and tenant-related issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Refurbishment Advocacy: Promote our refurbishments team to improve the quality of our portfolio.
  • Compliance: Stay up to date with property management legislation and ensure compliance across the portfolio.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend regular team meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication across Lettings teams.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating a team.
  • Strong communicator with excellent customer service and negotiating abilities.
  • Previous property management experience is essential.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Attention to detail, persistence, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • ATPI or MTPI Qualification

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive salary, pension scheme, and career development opportunities.
