Real Estate Team Lead Position

Nouvo Recruitment is seeking a Real Estate Team Lead to join their client's organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Property Management team to deliver high performance and excellent service.
  • Ensure all managed properties meet legal, safety, and quality standards.
  • Deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
  • Conduct pre-tenancy inspections to ensure properties are in top condition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants to identify new business opportunities.
  • Address maintenance, legal, and tenant-related issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Promote the refurbishments team to improve portfolio quality.
  • Stay up to date with property management legislation and ensure compliance.
  • Attend regular team meetings to ensure effective communication across Lettings teams.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Leadership skills with a track record of team management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Essential property management experience.
  • Able to manage high-pressure situations and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Attention to detail, persistence, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • ATPI or MTPI Qualification

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive salary, pension scheme, and career development opportunities.
