At Block Recruit, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residential Property Administrator to join our team in North London. This office-based role offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our Block Managers in the day-to-day management and maintenance of residential properties. This includes maintaining accurate records of property management activities, conducting regular property inspections, and coordinating necessary repairs with contractors.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining accurate records of property management activities, including lease agreements and service charge calculations.
  2. Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs, document inspection findings, and coordinate necessary repairs with contractors.
  3. Contractor and Vendor Coordination: Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with property management regulations.
  4. Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and service charge calculations, monitor and track income and expenditure related to managed properties.
  5. Compliance and Legal Matters: Ensure compliance with property management regulations and lease agreements, assist in handling legal matters, including lease enforcement and dispute resolution.

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in property management or a related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software, and knowledge of property management regulations and best practices.
