Job Title: Block Management Assistant

We are looking for a skilled and organised Block Management Assistant to support our Block Managers in day-to-day property management and maintenance activities.

About the Job:

This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with residents, contractors, and team members. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, conducting property inspections, and coordinating necessary repairs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of property management activities.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs.
  • Contractor Coordination: Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Estimated Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
