The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and experience through effective management practices. You will work closely with the Centre Manager to provide productive leadership and drive profitability.
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance and contributing to our goal of providing a first-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management
- Provide coaching/training to colleagues
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards
Salary: £28,881 - £34,237 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
