Our client, a well-established player in the Land and New Homes sector, is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Regional New Homes Director. This exciting opportunity is part of their ever-expanding network of developments across the Medway area.

What's in it for you?

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive basic salary of up to £40,000, with an OTE of up to £80,000. Additionally, they will receive a car allowance/company car, career opportunities, on-going training and support, and additional incentives and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing individual performance and site operations across various areas
  • Overseeing sale statistics and providing support to management and site teams
  • Liaising with the Marketing Department to promote and boost sales
  • Further boosting business portfolios with potential new developments and assignment of new home instructions
  • Providing excellent service at all times
  • Liaising with clients/potential clients
  • Achieving personal targets and ensuring business targets are being met

  • Full-time commitment, with potential flexibility in working hours
