Job Title: Regional New Homes Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional New Homes Director to lead our team in the areas of Medway.

About the Role

As a Regional New Homes Director, you will be responsible for leading our team in the areas of Medway, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain relationships with developers, new homes purchasers, and construction site personnel.
  • Collaborate with peers across divisions and business areas to build networks and relationships.
  • Develop and implement effective project management and organisation strategies.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities and tasks, prioritising and delegating as necessary.
Requirements
  • Expert local market knowledge and a demonstrable track record of success within Land and New Homes.
  • Ability to coach and develop an effective team.
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop knowledge and skills.
  • Hunger to earn and drive results.
Benefits
  • Basic salary up to £40,000.
  • On-target earnings (OTE commission + basic) £80,000 plus.
