Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze sales performance and site operations across multiple areas
  • Oversee sales statistics and provide support to management and site teams
  • Liaise with the Marketing Department to promote and boost sales
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in Land & New Homes, with a proven track record of success
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and cover multiple sites
  • Full UK driving license
