Regional New Homes Director

Our client, a well-established player in the industry, is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Regional New Homes Director. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a driven individual with a proven track record in Land and New Homes sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze individual performance and site operations across various areas
- Oversee sales statistics and provide support to management and site teams
- Liaise with the Marketing Department to promote and boost sales
- Identify new business opportunities and assign new home instructions
- Provide exceptional customer service and achieve personal targets
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in Land and New Homes, with a proven track record
- Proactive and target-driven individual with excellent leadership skills
- Ability to understand market changes and individual developer needs
- Flexible to cover multiple sites and possess a full UK driving license
